Meet Ms. Saylor

Hello! I began my yoga practice at a young age and soon ventured into teaching when I was 16. Through all of my experience, I have seen yoga have the biggest impact on the groups of children I have taught. From learning how to balance to how to use their breath, there is so much joy in these moments.

I have experienced the positive impact that yoga has had on my life and the lives of many others so I am eager to bring the joy of movement and breath to this community!

Testimonials:

“My daughter has shown strength in coping skills during the years when emotions can run high in young children. She has used strategies taught by Ms. Saylor to calm down when she is upset. Not only that, my daughter has a bond with Ms. Saylor and she speaks of her often when discussing yoga. We love these videos and how they can be used for 'on the spot' emotional regulation in our home." - Kayla

"These videos are engaging and focus on real yoga positions and breathing exercises that challenge kids in the best way. They are different than other program out there - while they are geared toward children they are not babyish too cute. It is something parents can do alongside their kids too."  - Emily
